Hey guys and girls, signed up quite a while ago, but haven't really posted, just lurked.
Yesterday I purchased a '65 Notchback, and am very excited to start work on getting it back on the road. I pick it up on Saturday, and will take it
straight to my Mum's place (she has several acres, and more importantly several empty sheds) where I plan to start work immediately.
The Notchy is in pretty good nick for it's age, although the floor pans are in need of replacement. I understand there are no reproduction floor
pans available so need to figure out how to replace these.
I'll post some photos once I have it in my possession.
Wish me luck!
Cheers

Lookin forward to Pictures and WELCOME!!
Welcome Darren. Nice to hear of another South Aussie Notch. Put up some photos for us. We're in Peterborough so if you go for a cruise to the north
give us a yell.
Keep everyone posted on what your doing with the notch.
Always keen to see others progress.
Thanks for the info re the floor pans. Once I have the car, I'll be able to determine how far gone the pans are.
It'll be a while before the notch will be up for any cruising wombat!
Cheers
Darren

Worth meeting them if you need some contacts.
How's that Notch going Darren? Got some photos to show us?
Hi, always welcome over in Whyalla if you fancy a (long) cruse. Wombat my bug is slowly coming together, I'll be at the show on the 29th in the Golf.
Cool. We're counting on the Notch to get us there. Hopefully better than the last trip which ended up getting home a day late on an RAA tilt tray.
Had a walk along the row of Golfs but got waylaid at the Baja and the buggies. And the Missus Shouting I want the Barbie Car! (Pink Purvis Eureka)
Was a really good day altogether.
