Buggies?????

Hi All,
New to VW scene and wanting some information on Buggies. Many years ago I had a 73 Superbug, absolutely loved that car! these days I have other vehicles but wanted to get back into a Dak Dak. Current interest in the fiberglass re bodied long wheel base Buggy kits available.

Question is info - Firstly are Buggies welcomed here??? do I use the Bugs forums or the off roads forums for info on Buggies?
