I improved by 11sec from my PB of last year the tyres made a huge difference and the spoiler and front sway bar, and some 60grade engine oil as the light was coming on at idle, better seat & seat belt at max 5000rpm all day

Yeah, sorry about that, on the one hand I feel slack for showing photos of people spinning, because you're out there having a go, not behind a camera, but on the other hand, having the luck to actually capture it in progress means they're too good to ignore.
