thinking of trying to sort a type 3 convoy to celebrate 50 years of the type 3

was thinking we meet up at one spot and roll in a large group

i was thinking we could set a time and a place, meet up talk crap for a little then roll convoy style

anyone be interested in this and if so lets make arrangements right here

i was thinking somewhere like the mcdonalds on dandy road next to chadstone?

seems to be an easy place to fine

all vws welcome just want to get heaps of type 3s

Hm, decisions decisions, 3191k from where I am now to Cadstone then 1100 k home or 3665 k from here to home thats 600 k the difference, bugger all really, but it will extend my time by about 10 days because of waiting till the event date. Maybe Day of VW could be bought forward a bit looks like I'm out unless things change drastically.

anyone whom is traveling from interstate is more than welcome to pitch a tent in my backyard for the weekend if needed as they will save some money on accom that way

just holla if you need a bit of dirt to set up a tent, anyone welcome just arrange it with me

im pretty easy going and so is the wife lets make a great weekend of it

yes vlad we are planning on driving to the show as a group

lets get peeps to do a show of hands here in this thread so we can see if there is interest, no matter what i myself will be sticking to the plan so if your in let us know, ill go to the maccas and i will be leaving the maccas around half 7 so if your not at the meeting point by then ill see you there, be really cool to get a heap of t3s to roll together

Next stepping stone to the show! How about meet at Nunawadding Mc Donalds and cruise from there meet at 8:30 to cruise by 8:45 to the day of? let me know you thoughts on time to meet etc.

That could work.... We can meet up at Chaddy at 7 then come over to Nunawadding at 8 then hit the show on mass. Sounds like the plan

Might just head to the show straight from my place. Being down there at maccas at 7 is like 4 hrs too early for me
