First car NOW SOLD ......

I got a 1303 beetle as my first car. Awesome little car for tweaking here and there. I just love this car but sadly i have to do it on a student's budget so i cant do it all at once. Had this beetle for about 4 months now. Its a modified soft top so i dont intend on keeping the car very original.

Started out as this when i first bought it.

I've been working on the engine since then but been having a hard time looking for performance parts that i can afford and fit into this car. Hope you enjoyed the photos. Pls give me some advice on what i could do. Thanks

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your first car. I see you have already made some changes and improved its image :tu:

Where are you in NSW as this may help others offer some advice.

Im in staying in kensington, trying to get the engine to run smoothly again after i swapped out a few electrical components and that dirty fuel filter.
