Over the last few weeks I have been helping a mate build a 2.5 ltr turbo subaru motor

Block , rods & studs came out of the usa
Heads are late wrx with mild porting
ecu power FC
some big ass turbo , running 20psi
massive injectors STI

The motor was in a Aussi RS liberty 4x4

ran it tonight with 5 psi & I was trully impressed with the low down grunt

a week of running in then add 15 psi

Then back into building my monster motor for the bug

18psi should get me 223kw at the wheels

God I love boxer motors

don't worry about the power figure, just imagine what the torque is gonna be like.

I have been working on the S13 silvia & fitted the 180 SX front end & the SR20 DET black top 4 x coil overs & some other go fast stuff .

Next the subaru RA STI i have here with all the go fast gear I have in the shed
223 kw GTB motor ,bilstens , ally arms ,2.7 quick rack , all the weight out of the car , looking at 1000kgs or less

The when Simon gets the suff down from the USA back on to the DRAGON
going to be a very fast bug that .placed it on hold untill I get the gear to set the 911 gear box up .

Hey Andy..... Hows it all with you?.... How was the surf the otherday after the storms???? And that would be a no on the bus.... But work has started again.... Last year was an expensive year for me and on top of it all, I didn't have time with post-grad study, but this year, Im back in the work-force (high school teacher!), and the projects started to move again.... I actually re-wired the tail lights and license plate lights yesterday... And I ordered some bits from the US too.... So things have started to progress once more..... And we must not forget the other projects..... Neil wants me to stick a turbo on the EJ25 in my Notch.... I was looking at EATON supercharger instead.... But I really want to get into that turbo stroker for my ragtop..... Lots of fun for me this year!
