old pioneer cassette player

Hi guys, my dashboard is getting an upgrade at the moment and I have this pioneer cassette player that might be useful for someone,

The body is only 170mm x 50mm, I don't know if this is small enough to go in the beetle dash hole without cutting?
All unit features work and is in outstanding condition overall.
It also has a pair of RCA outs for adding an amp

Hope somebody can use it

Can anyone confirm or deny if this will fit without hacking the dash up? I'll take it if so.

Unfortunately I don't have an uncut beetle dash to measure. All I know for sure is that it is too small for the DIN slot that it came out of. Thought surely someone would chime in with the actual size of the dash hole.

Last chance guys, it doesn't take long to measure a dash board cut out.

It's in a box now, by Thursday that box will be in the bin or at the post office.
