82 FI Transporter trouble
long story short..............
vehicle ran poorly,very very rich..............after some misdiagnosis the fuel pressure regulator was found to be at fault,replaced that and have had
constant troubles since.Just finished a 3-4 km run all going fine,then on the return trip the vehicle started coughing,spluttering etc
again.............removed the plugs when i returned and both Nos 1&2 are very white and very hot, Nos 3&4 are relatively cool.
I have checked and double checked for vacuum leaks,resealed the intake runners,replaced all vac hoses,plugs,leads,condensor,tappet
adjustment,compression test,injectors have been tested,AFM replaced,computer tested.
Anyone had trouble with injectors not working intermittantly ?
