fast back venetians in a notch - help?

so i managed to score a set of old venetian blinds from a friend. Its from a fast back and i want to fit it to my notch. Has anyone ever fitted one in and how do you secure it? The blinds are way too big for my notch rear window. Any help on how to fit them in would be greatly appreciated.
