Barnawartha VDubs
Ok, Eddie at Barny has decided to shift some of his stock, the website will be up and running soon and some items will be on Ebay tonight.
At this point the yard is open by appointment only.
Sorry chaps but nothing is being sold off for the sake of moving it on, if the price is right for Eddie to sell then its yours.
I'll post the website and ebay details once i have them. If you need anything then drop me an e-mail and I will see what I can arrange with Eddie.
In storage are 2 late model squarebacks and a late fast back, a vw 411, and a few beetles.
In the other shed are several beetles and a late bay kombi with a prisitine interior.
Some of these cars start, but are not classed as runners, some need engines and some require a spot of welding.
Eddies has a good stock of parts too. Sorry guys not splitty stuff only bettles, fast, notch, squares and bay stuff.
If I find any split stuff i will keep you guys posted.

The 411 is the one I posted quite a while back. Was a QLD car in previous life. Not sure on how much rust is in it but looked reasonable back
then.

OMG I can't believe he is finally selling some of his VW's...people have been posting about them for years and no one has EVER been able to get him
to sell. I think he is usually out of the country or something like that??!!

Oh yes they have been able to buy cars from Eddie! I for one and had no trouble at all with the deal and at a sensible price as well.
It'll be interesting to see how many who have bagged him over the time will actually go down to Barnawartha and save all those cars which they claim
are saveable!!
He had many problems over the years with local area hoons destroying cars just for fun at night. No wonder he was dirty with the world and decided to
let many things just rot!

Is it all still going ahead on the site Steve? Missed you yesterday as I didn't know who I was looking for!! I think I walked past you on the way
into Eddies about 1.30 pm. 1200km in a day in the Notch?? I don't think so! Thought it may be hot so I rememembered the 70s trips in the SB to Vic
at this time of the year so (sorry guys) the Commodore was the choice of transport. You know it's actually more fuel efficent than the 1600 on a
run like that.
Good to catch up with with Eddie and sink an ale with him. Catch up with you next run down.
