Hi there,
it will take me a while to cruise around the site, but I will get the jist of it!!! Appreciate both replies.
He is a 65 Bug and I am in the Hunter.
I Met some wonderful people today at a garage who put me onto the site.
I am looking forward to go cruising in Mr Bling Bling and checking out other people rides.
My whole family are over me talking BUg Bug Bugs and more bugs.
They think I m nutty

Miss bling Bling , now i'vve seen the rear of your beetle in another post , i would believe it to actualy be a 62 and a half model not a 65 as you think , as it has a small numberplate light , and the flash trim ( Crome strips on the side with aqua paint ) was a popular option at that time .

little bugs a bit of a bitsa

front blinkers are to far back for stock mountings somes ones put them on after

hard to tell cos of roses dirty smeary camera lense :lol: but looks like the decklid hasnt got the ribs either side of the popes nose, that and the 1300 deluxe badge is a sign its later decklid with the small popes nose fitted

yet its got a 3 colour badge, front upper bumper brackets but no back ones..... go figure

anyway miss bling welcome to the loonybin

Yes I didn't realise till I went to put pics on my computer that the lense on my camera phone had my prints smeered on it bugger me. It's clean now:lol:

I met Kez at our work the other day when I took the pics. Told her about the web sites to visit to talk to other vee dub nuts like myself:lol:

Think this was for sale here in Adelaide mid Last year. Sure I saw it in a caryard on Marion Road. I only noticed it cause I have a bit of a thing for flash kits.
