yes & no, still doing the o/t just getting less, normal hours instead of shift work, less penalty rates/fine print, sacrificed the $$$ & hours (prefer shift) for decent work & less B***S*** throughout the day, no complaints & love the job for over a month now, think i made the right choice

Dear Mr Butler, i feel your working environment was too filthy, thought this mite make a nice change, scary how WHITE the box comes up in person, pics look a lil more dull than it really is...
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/Image0309s.jpg
why leave 40yrs of crud inside if everything else is going to be brand new?
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/Image0307s.jpg
not bad eh?
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/Image0308s.jpg
still a few stubborn bits but that should clean up with a lil thing i call, magic green stuff!
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/Image0306s.jpg
modded the nose cone to say bye bye to the now pointless nose cone mount & the lil rib below the hockey stick that is in the way of the torsion housing, came up nicely with just a hacksaw, file then blasting
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/Image0303s.jpg
shame the bellhousing doesnt look so pretty anymore, mite give it a once over prior to paint too...

pedals!
http://i975.photobucket.com/albums/ae239/STIDUB/IMG_5118s.jpg

for those that are curious, the date for the dave's went well, we plan to see each other again in the near future to trade more gearbox porn :)

oh, sides tells me that steph & i should of grabbed a muffin with the tea  the rear brake/axle pic mite look a lil different shortly, depends how i go after work tomorrow, fingers crossed i can squeeze in a little more work on the pedals too, still not sure if i want to paint the pan with POR just yet but hoping it will be sorted by end of the month.

it hurts thinking about it but ive found a house that appeals (2bays/workshop/carport...) & toying with the idea of getting a finger in the property pie, that kills the dreams for this thing though, will be interesting times ahead....
