Yes, class rules with 2566cc are that the car must weigh about 928kg, and to be safe he was 945kg(2080 lbs) that week end.
To run this fast the car had around 900 to 1000hp at the wheels.
Previously it has run as fast as 148mph at half track and 189mph at the end.

...plus they have twice that much up front.
They have added about 100kg to the car in lead/zinc ballast.
Just to give some reference to how fast this thing is,
on the 1/8 , 1/2 way through that run,
it was running 5.20 seconds to 142 MPH!
