You can get new made in Australia Bosch alternators from aPorschapart in Victoria. Their real good but expensive.

 ^^^^ Bollocks, they only had 1 alternator that i was shown, they couldnt
tell me what fan it was for and if it worked or not... still wanted $500 for just the alt.... went to a honda wrecker that i know sneekly imports
Porsches and he had an 11 blade with alt and ring (and confirmed working) for $450.....
Looking for the 5 blade alt as i already have the fan and kinda like the look over the 11. i have an alt for the 5 blade but the rear webbing has
cracked and doesnt look like it can be repaired.

The alternator is out of a 2.4 litre (11 blade) the 5 blade fan is from a 77 911 which was upgraded at the time to an 11 blade. Yes willing to sell!
I'll pickem up from the west over the weekend so u can have a look see!
