running cold on3-4 cylinders
motor runs fine but cold on exhaust, twin weber 44 idfs,cannot seem to adjust air fuel mixtures hardly makes any difference,blown out idle jets and
idle galleries,no difference has anybody had problems like this any input would be appreciated,cheers kevin

g'day and welcome
I am guessing it runs fine on mains.
If you pull plug wires 3 and 4 and there is no difference then you have a blocked idle circuit.
Your mixture screw must make a difference.
I would be pulling the carb and having a real good clean of them.
