How much $ to Machine case??? To 1916

Hi all,
Just a ball park and reasons for major cost differences if you have them.
I am hoping you might be able tell me how much it might/ should cost to get a stripped and cleaned case machined for 94mm barrels. And is I much more to Clearence for a bigger crank.
