Here is a quick video edit of car #00 from this years supersprint. Filmed using a GoPro (onboard) & external shots from a JVC Everio. Had a great day. Beetle #00 ran like clock work, only adjusted tyre pressures as the day "warmed up"

The engine is a 1916cc built by Mike from CBB back in 2009, mostly standard with twin 40mm Webers, engle 110 cam & extractors. Made 81hp at the wheels the night before the supersprint. Still using the original 49 year old 1200 swing axle gearbox!
Front end has a 2" narrowed adjustable beam, rear is lowered 2 splines with heaps of negitive camber. No tricks to it. Disc brakes all round & Kumho semi slick tyres (205-50-15)
Best lap of the day was a 1:20:22. About 1.2 seconds quicker then last year. Best supersprint so far!
