550 replica project

Putting it out there in case someone knows of one that could be up for sale
I am looking for a Spyder 550 replica project. Ideally something that was previously registered but now needs tlc or Resto, I am not afraid of full resto projects
Location is not important
I am aware of the ones on carsales as well as the one on PFA
Cheers
Raf

My car is was a Beck kit, from USA, and is very high quality. I've had it for over 10 years, and wouldn't like to part with it....so good to drive.👍

If I hear of anything for sale, I will let you know.

Stunning, no wonder I want one
Air cooled engine? How did you go about registering it?

theres a guy right near me here building complete cars, he is very talented but i would say not cheap

If you want a 'real deal' replica, the guy doing the resto work on my Karmann does a ground up build of a Porsche Spyder.

He has a few in his workshop at the moment. They are something else to look at. He used to work for Sleeping Beauties who do some pretty neat work.

His name is Brad Mckernan - website below..

VWSteve - I see you are located at Redcliffe - so I suspect we are talking about the same guy. Brad is definitely worth a visit as he does more then just Porsche work.

yeh thats him, forgot his name, he is very talented.
