67 Beetle G/Box Q's

So it seems I may done a gearbox in my 67 beetle, after doing burnouts on my driveway(oops). I heard somewhere that the 67's still have a 1200 box in them. Could anyone please confirm this?

Yes. '67 will have the 1200 diff ratio 4.375:1
