Towards the end there is a bit of info on the caliper bracket mods & the handbrake connection. This ids for a beetle but the basics would be very similar for a bay window.

Contact Glenn Torrens, aka VWCOOL, he dies a kit to adapt falcon calipers to bugs, may well fit a Kombi

he only does skyline rear ones as of 2 years ago. He said the falcon ones are too heavy and I recall something about problematic?
