General Help needed

I have been looking at some of the open type buggies on the net and i am interested in how much money i will need to layout to build a nice high performance offroad/street weapon to drive/fun with on the weekends. Can you still build SWB buggies in QLD?

look at http://www.beachbuggy.com.au/technicaladvice.html
