I have pulled down my 2lt motor just to inspect before I fit it into my Microbus and have found that the heads are cracked (normal I have been told) but how bad are these??
Where can I get them fixed? or is there someone out who sells reco/exchange heads. Your experience with this would be very appreciated. Thank you :beer

Never used them myself, but a number of people have recommended Conti Engines at Bribie

If you are not reconditioning the engine, I would give them a fly cut and run them, I have used a set of heads like that for 5 years with no worries, its when the crack goes out of the combustion chamber that it gets a bit yucky.
