restore steering wheel

ok not sure what to do here was going to put a cheap timber steering wheel on the bug but now not to sure🙁
after see the ivory or lite tan restored one at the gold coast VW show...was realy thinking about parting with $200 for it.now my Q's are these "how much is it to get a wheel restored","who do I go to" and the horn ring,mine has like bubbles or something on it, what can be done about it?

They quoted me $400 to restore my 58 Porsche 356A steering wheel and I'm probably going to get them to do it!

I had the steering wheel on my kombi restored. It has been done in a pearl white and cost around $250. Not exactly sure as the Mrs got it done for fathers day😀

I got a quote on my FJ wheel from "harrisons spares"and it was $275(pearl green)but I was after just a straight resto for my VW like the one at gold coast vw show if anybody saw it.
