how do i install new cables? i have the cables and everything just dont know how to do it.... step by step would be appreciated

yeh for my 66 hehe

1 Remove hubcaps
2 remove split pin in rear axle nuts.
3 get 36mm socket and piece of pipe to undo rear axle nuts. remember they must be done up again the same tightness
4 loosen 5 wheel nuts each side
5 jack car up and use jack stands to support
6 use wheel to rattle brake drum and wheel off at same time.
7 now you should have access to yr rear brakes.
8 remove hand brake boot rubber and undo 10mm adjusting nuts on each cable right off.
9 remove wire circlip on hand brake piviot pin and push pin out and remove hgand brake from chassis.
10 undo 13mm cable retension bolts on the backing plate and remove cable clamp
11 now you should be able to remove the cables.
