Identifying engine

The case has the round breather hole (not the D shape) so I thought its a 40hp but the exhaust is same size as the 1600. Can't read the engine # very well but it looke like it starts with a B. What is it? I thought it was a 1300cc!
If it is, is the barrel outside diameter same as the 1600cc (85.5mm)?

G'day Raf,

Engine numbers starting with a B are the first of the 1600's produced from around August 1969 to August 1970.
