AWOL ·

Hello

My 96 Golf is in need of a service and other mech stuff. Can anyone recommend a good mech? Thus far I have German Motors at Geebung or Trivitts Euro Prestige in Taringa. Closer to the city the better.

Thanks

Bizarre ·

If you click on the link above called "Oz VW Business Directory"

There are 6 VW places listed there.

Have a look/ring those guys

Thanks blue... seen that list, but I was hoping that people could relay good places they know and trust

Bizarre ·

That is how that list was put together a couple of months ago.

Wherever you go make sure they have a VAG machine which is needed to download faultcodes & reset the service indicator.

Leon Motors at Coopers Plains is another good one as well........

And not real expensive either.........

When i was living just north of the city i use to go to a place called

Phoenix Engineering Services

They are VW specialists

26 Burke Street Woolloongabba
Ph: 3391 7755 Fax: 3391 7971

I used them for a while n they were fairly well priced for the work they did for me n good at it
