Shifter Overhaul

I am going to ovehaul the shifter on my fasty and install a quickshift. Can anybody suggest a local supplier who carries couplers (w/ urethane inserts), bushings etc? Aircooled.net has an excellent selection of parts and prices seem pretty reasonable, but I thought I'd check out local suppliers before sending my cash O/S. Any experiences or opinions.

PS Congrats to Splittychick. Now we can start to put the
"splitty" into "splittychick"!

most vw shops have the replacement bushes and couplers in stock.

I'm getting one in mine, it's at the shop , just dropped it off today, the price is $50 installed!! at CBB

$50 seems very cheap! Is that a Berg/Hurst/EMPI style shifter or just the quickshift adaptor plate?
