do you guys find that all these vw parts and service businesses dont seem to give a f@#k if they have customers or not you stand around
for 45mins while they joke around with their fellow workers.
While they know you want to buy something and need to rush of to work then say "oh no" but we can order it in then walk off .
These guys need to do a hospitality course .

Luckily its not just VW people. I think it is the spare parts industry in general. And if ..like me and need some (a lot) of assistance I am sure they get a kick out of making me feel even more ignorant

I find that the VW place I go to has enthusiastic people and they will come to see me ASAP in turn if there are other people waiting.

Luckily I don't have to deal with the general public anymore cause I probably woundn't be nice. But I do have to deal with Japs and Koreans thinking I understand their stoopid language. They unfortunatly understand ....F&*%wit !

Well known VW aftermarket Parts Shop in Sydney....
Been there twice .. [330kms Distance each way]
and when I asked the person behind the counter the price of a VW Part that I could see & point to .....
the answer was always the same "VERY EXPENSIVE"
My Son has had the same experience...
I haven't been back... neither has My Son...
That was in 1996 -- and they have missed out Big Time ..
I have ordered most of My Parts from Mick Motors in Brisbane... along with 5 other VW parts shops..

must be a southern disease, we dont have that problem up here. every time i get parts i always finish up having coffee or coke with the owners
