This a subaru ej22 motor with a factory 4 speed auto gear box , Yes this is very fast handles very well ,it has a 60 ltr fuel tank for those long trips to the east of Australia .

sure You need to get the plans past buy a eng then take them in to your lic center ( qld ) I have done now 13 of these ,the one above is the first mid mount in Perth may be Australia .
I have just sold the renault 2 lrt one to QLD so you may see that running around ( holden gold )
Price depends on what state you would like it finished to .

Hey Seagull.....nice looking trike!! They sell Bontrikes at a motorcycle shop here in Townsville now. Asking $35/$40000 drive away!!!(bit steep me thinks). Met a guy on Friday who has a twin turbo subi motor in his..but it is metalic purple so it's no good:jesus When will you get around to finishing yours?????:alien

mick it is too cold in the shed hee hee , I have been doing all the 50 mm stainless steel headers and radiator lines ,I am still have the blank hubs on back order @ V force .I have stoped all my other projects as to finish
mine .
I have one frame left in stock now and doing the forks as to sell it of a rolling package as I have a new vw 1600 twin port motor and gear box included with this one .
yes 35K>40K is a lot for that name brand .
a guy called three weeks back regarding the gold one * RENAULT 2LTR * we had flew in from QLD moday night road it back wedsday with a trailer on the back ,that went for 20K .

Sorry but i have to say this IT'S BLOODY UGLY and I'd know as i drive a Tow'd and well if you can sell them for 20g your Cutting a lot of corners from my opinion.

it was a renault 2ltr c/w 5 speed gear box in holden gold ,it was three years old and had done 10000ks the motor had done about 12000 ks as it was from a new car that some one smashed into and killed the body.I hope you see it one day and get a look at the work that went in to doing the frame alone .you may not know alot about the renault 2ltr but if you are in a worked vw based car it will give you a very hard time ,I dont think you would keep with it .The gold trike is stock as 2ltr . I have a turbo here for that motor as well .
You will see it for sure Gold one as its in your home town now !
as for your opinion ! well . if you would like this model green one you need to part with 37K but there will be some delay as I have three on the go now .

the subaru yes does not have any vw bits , mine has the vw auto vw trailing arms type three ,.
I do have one I doing now with a vw motor but the cost building a vw motor to any were as good as the stock subaru is a joke .
