Found a delux steering wheel to buy in good condition. its out of a 77 model kombi.
The guy wants $40 for it' is that good?

There was a S bug wheel for sale for that sort of money. Seems ok if its in good nick

The deluxe wheel is thicker than the standard one and more comfy to hold.
it came out in the 77 deluxe busses.

Depending on your model, you may need to change the central part of the column as well as the spline is smaller also.

Oh by the way, there was a couple on sale here a while ago for around the $120 mark that got snapped up pretty quickly.

i got one a valla 40 bucks years ago there thicker would not go back to the old type vwking klub vw casino

it is a great price.. the central shaft on the column can be changed pretty easy.

I have now brought the steering wheel ($20 change over)
Im stoked with the wheel feels good to drive with.
Now ready for valla cant wait.

I'm guessin it fitted without the shaft transplant. If so that's great.
