Why are peoples signature pics getting bigger

Just an observation but I think people are choosing larger signature pics and they have become too big. A bit of a distraction.... what does everyone else think

A maximum of 100 pixels high is plenty enough!

mine is a picture of my super bug with a link to my website where there are pictures of my 2 volkswagens......if it is too large by regulations from moderators i will happily resize it.

I think people have the choice to express themselves, their own personality etc with or without a vw, just a bit less distracting (and no nudity)

the avatar thingies are fine, it's just the huge sigs that take up half the screen that perhaps are a little excessive, bit like repetative ad brakes on tv..... not that I can talk, as a self confessed forum dribbler...... 😉 It's nice to change ur avatar once in a while, sometimes after working on bug, the last thing i want is to see it's little butt in my face! lol.

Man, relax, who cares? Surely there is bigger dramas in the world?

I agree that there should be a limit to height and so on, but at the same I have noticed your avatar, not signiture, has recently changed, becoming more involved, and probably a bigger file. I mean, again, who cares?

I agree, and definitely not something I am encouraging at all, and there does need to be some sort of parameters made for signiture sizes..

peoples signature pics are getting bigger cos their is a national conspiracy to crash the avd forum, really!! haha. the way ducky words it is as if it is somehow intentional to outdo the others and get bigger!!! hahaha. in my case my picture is trimmed as much as i possibly can and reduced in height to a size where it is startin to affect the width. much more shorter then width is gonna look silly.....
