This was my daily driver for the last 6 months, I found it under a tree with lots of rego on it and a large dent in the front guard.
I spent a bit of time freshining everything up reparing the damage to the front and I have been driving it ever since with out a problem at all, it was even nice to drive.
Until today, I drove it to Sydney and on my way home in Wollongong I was rammed from behind while I was sitting at a red light, and pushed into the car in front, was a hard hit, passenger seat came out of its runners, radio face flew off, stuff every where, I now have a stiff neck, my head almost touched the back seat and then the windscreen!,
Even with all this damage It still got me home after I adjusted the accelerator cable, because the engine and gearbox are now sitting a few inches further forward.

Send it to the panel shop the other driver can pay for teh repairs.

fair credit to the car that it got you home like that. definitely deserves some nice TLC from the panelshop, and maybe treat it to a couple of extra bits n pieces as a reward for its good work😉

bad news hope you are feeling okay. Whiplash can be an ongoing problem so seek medical opinion this driver may have a case to answer

bugger and i know what you feel like, the rolling shell 64 i bought of you was the replacement for my 71 superbug which was written off in exactly the same way as you have just described. hope you are ok
