Is the Country buggy 1) on the register and 2) saveable?

VDUBXTC · 26 Jul 2004, 1:55 pm

The country is complete apart from the interior and roof.
It is restorable, better than some i have seen and sold.
I diddn'tcheck the KO number so i wouldn't know if its on the register
