warb · 1 Aug 2004, 8:57 pm what can you tell me about these rims? .. are they the same? if so, whats the history? dates made? im told the above are only found on split beetles and barndoors. the bottom are 16" .. I was told the top ones are 16"..

oval TOFU · 2 Aug 2004, 11:26 am thats how wide the rim is... These measurements (usually) go up in 1/2" increments. These are very rare and were only found on the earliest beetles like jnr356 said... I'd like to get my hands on a set of these for my 54!
