But I spent the week skiing, on Wednesday after two days of blizzard and over 60 cm I skied the trees at wide Guthega in the deepest driest snow I have seen in 40 years of sking in Australia. It was very very special .Made the walks back to the bottom of the chair almost pleasurable.
Only problem was at about 12.00 I droped in of a ledge into rock gardens and exploded the heal of my ski boot. The pain of the treck to the bottom of the Ridge chair on one ski and the realisation that I was up for a new set of boots was overwhelmed by the skiing of the few hours before.
Hope you all enjoyed Valla ( and I hope its on next year cause ill be there).
But what a day of skiing.
