type 3 seals.... and tail light lenses...

my 67 squareback needs most of it's rubber seals replacing, main ones i want to do for now are: windscreen, driver and passenger door seals and window seals and the tailgate seal..... all the others should be ok for a while longer.

anyway, who should i call to get these? are they readily available or should i just put in an order with type 3 detectives in the uk?

tail lights lenses - what's available in the way of custom lenses, mine has the taller style but i think the flatter ones would fit too(?).... basically i'm after some smoked or tinted lenses... i've seen the clear ones that a couple of people on here have but they arent really my cuppa tea. (edit) all red tail light lenses would be cool.....

george at classic veedub in sydney mate has a full range of seals

Where does George get em from? WCM are on mine and they are...umm.... very average... to say the least.

All red lenses are known as 'Euro' lenses I think. I need seals too, so I would be interested in knowing what the result is..

We carry WCM seals in Vic. The all red lenses are American spec the lenses with amber indicators are Euro spec.

any ideas where i can get some decent tail lights from? i'm really liking the idea of all red ones, but would also be interested in smoked, tinted ones as long as they aren't too dark.....

i have bught seals for my type 3 from george at classic. he had the best price for what i needed and all were WCM. they have been fine for me so far but starting to wonder a bit from what Jim mentioned.
If you don't mind me asking Jim, what trouble have you had and with what seal??
