also i want to make the 2 back windows pop out. like with a winder. how can i do this

Dude no extra suport needs to be done to your car for a sunroof.
Unless its a sardine lid sunroof.
and the windows you see that pop out are a factory thing
Or some after markets around. You will see them on here for sale on and off, They are called pop-outs.

but back to the windows, they don't wind hence the name (Pop-outs) they work on a similar system to what your sun roof will work on.
