Has any boby on the forum got a glove box book for a 1995 SB barina swing. We have just bought my daughter one for her first car and it hasn't got one in it and some things we need to find out what they do and how high to fill it etc

thats a pretty common car why not look at supercheap auto or some similar place and for 30 bucks get a manual for it. if they dont have one i bet they can get one in

man have got the ball rolling for you........i checked it out.
holden no longer make them as of 2001, they retailed around $15 or so
bookworks, a major automotive book supplier to dealerships no longer makes them, but do have a manual for the COMBO van. that is a barina with the rear chopped off and made into a panel van $22 to me.
i've also got a contact from the wreckers chasing up the availability of one, will let you know what i find out!

hey man we drew a big fat ZERO from the wreckers..... no one seems to have one laying about.... going the 'combo' owners manual may be the only way to go....

Good one Mike!
Mum's got a 2001 Barina (Opel Corsa in Germany). If you cant find one for the swing, we'll check out what it was in Germany before it was rebadged for Holden. Tell me how you go.
BTW the Bay's up and going again thanks to your magical woodruff key. Thanks again Mate! I owe you a beer (don't drink myself though - so I'll have to watch and sip tea).
CU!
Martin.

I thought it was you the other day, but it was from a distance so i wasn't sure, good to see she's going again.
how did you fix it

Mobile mechanic - air compressor - lotsa tools, drilled out and rethreaded, and THEN he couldn't fit the woodruff key. He gave up, and left, so I had a crack after a few deep breaths. The old mutilated woodruff had left a chunk in the woodruff channel on the hub. I cleaned the sucker out and refitted the thing. Worked magic. Thanks again for the help and moral support. You're a champ!
