Overcharging for posting stuff on ebay

Hey just putting a word out about a seller on ebay who is overcharging big time, i purchased 2 of these although they were only 1cent they still wanted to charge me $120 usd for post, i told them to fek orf and reported them to ebay, guess what ebay said, I MUST PAY IT!, well ebay thanks for your help NOT, gee i pisses me off somtimes although i doo get some bargains most off the time, i am not going to pay for it, just get neg feedback, soo what, anyhow here is the link and a piccie

They say they ship worldwide for a flate rate of $29.95US???

Wow look a the feedback! 1281 for the last month alone. Thats US$29.99*1281 = US$38417.19 in shipping alone!!!!

Looks like they all sell for a few cents and this seller is making all the money on shipping! Its a bit misleading as you think your bidding US$0.01 but your actually bidding US$30.00 to begin with!

I lived in Hong Kong for a while. You can get them to post it to my colleague over there and he can send it normal mail, or I can get it when I'm next over there (before Xmas) if you want!

I got overcharged on shipping a speedo from germany I won for US$1 recently.

Doesn't it state the postage rates in the bottom of the auction?

I realise that it is a high post rate, but how heavy and/or large is it?

nope, they cant do that to you.
the auction states 2 signs S&H is $54.99 USD
and it states it quite clearly too.
get back onto the seller, and emphasise that the ad states the above postage, and that you bid under the premise that whatever the shipping rate quoted on the auction, would remain the same after the auction. if that doesnt work then really start hounding ebay because its illegal for someone to show flat-rate shipping charges on their ad, and change that rate when auction has ended.
you shouldnt have to get negative feedback just cos someones trying to screw you around.

i hate the pricks that send email saying the asking price is too high. wouldnt you just not bid on it? sheesh!

my mate got a ktm bike one threw same place and thay only charged him 29us and he paid 1c
