Anyone know anythin bout this type 3?

G'day everyone,
It looks like i'll be purchasing a blue Type 3 Fastback with a subi engine from a guy in Victoria, and as i'm in Brizzy and unable to inspect the car myself, I was wondering if anyone had seen this car or knew anything about it. Like the build quality, body condition, just any info really. What I would also like to know is if anyone knows a company that I could get to inspect the car for me, preferably one that knows vw's. A pic of the car is attatched.

I can kinda understand putting the flares on the rears. I'd like to get 295's under mine for grip. But on the front?
