I've seen that orange and black split close up at my mechanic's down in Ocean Grove. It's got a 1776 in it from memory. Brought it down from Sydney or something. Does it belong to anyone on here? It is absolutely stunning up close!

ps: kicking myself I didn't go. I was too busy nursing a sore head and being climbed all over by my nephews.

Julie-Anne 路

I got a couple of t-shirts for the kids, as well as a t-shirt for the better half...thanks Jay_1965vw...it fits him too so I guess I don't get to inherit it after all.

oh and a radio hole cover that doesn't fit the hole the previous owner hacked into the dash of my bus. 馃檨

I picked up an ashtray and a turn signal indicator. Pretty cheap. Few bits I wanted, but stuff too big to bring back!

There was a pair of early beetle popouts NOS, for $400... only thing was it was missing hinges and latches and rubbers.

Thanks to Brad (65Busser) for giving me a lift there and back

Howdy Cowdy's,
I scored an indicator switch assembly for my 59 "Happy" Van.
Pretty pleased at the thought that I'll no longer have to "jigger" the switch when turning.....sweet!

pmgbus 路

the oval went for 4500, had a good day, scored some nos wiper arms for my barny, and an indicator switch with headlight dip nos for my deluxe, good to put names to faces and catch up with forum peoples, see, ya next month!
