hi der everyone just got ma beetle put bak together but im a bit imbarrest to ask wat flamin type of fuel does ma beetle drink its a 1966 bug. i think its leaded but not sure

o i was told prem unleaded but i heard it gives ya motor a less longer life

ive been running my kombi motor on premium as advised and she runs great no ping etc

awsom i will try it the only thing is the day b 4 i pulled the fuel tank out i put unleaded in it. cause i was told bi a mechanic 2

jeepers man, dont worry about it. it'll run on lawnmower premix & decanted degreasing kero if it has to.
from memory they need min 91 ron (any of our fuels). they dont worry about lead additivs or other valve seat savers in europe...

you can make your own ( lubricator ) very easy

in a fuel filter housing , works very well .my mate jim 84 has one fitted to his ( old car ) done many Ks on all fuels , told me he made them for the planes in the 2nd world war due to fuel problems
