like the new look forum, & my travels

I really like the new look of this forum, at least i dont think ive been in here since its been like this 😉

Just chilling in a sydney internet cafe at moment, been having a great time so far traveled down east coast.
Didnt see that many VW's higher up but have seen more and more as ive got lower down.
Seen some real nice bugs a couple round sydney. Is there a shortage of Busses here, ive only seen one in 2 months , it was a split pick up.

I hear there is a Vw magazine out in Australia now but i havent seen it anywhere, whats it called as i want to grab a copy for some light reading. Cant seem to get volksworld over here and i need to keep up to date 🙂

I drove form Surfers to coolangatta this morn and counted 23. mixture of bay and split !!!

the mag your after is vwma and there are no shortages in busses i saw about 10 today alone

Strange ive only seen 2 split in 2 months.

So does it always rain in melbourne or is it just cause im here.

Any vw events held in spring in Victoria or winter in western australia

wont see many splits compared to fatchicks, here.

Well - that is usually before 9.00 am

Thats right, four seasons in one day!!!

Only place I know that is cold in the morning, hot at midday (well, warm anyway), then freezing and pouring rain by 1pm, sunny, cold, windy, sleety... and then at 2pm....................

Nice people, but I couldn't live there (and no its not just because of AFL, cold weather is not good to some folk okay....... besides, I just hate the caffe latte set and wearing just balck! )
