Telstra India???? Joke of the Day

I had 3 calls from Telstra last week, the operator was in india as usual, didnt understand a bloody word, sick of getting these marketing/telesales from them, who else gets them, supose if you have a phone you will get them, anyway here is a real funny MP3 format of a Aussie guy talking to the indian operator its about 1 MB but tis a good one, download it and have a laugh

oh yes i hate it, I get it at work, we can always tell because we have caller ID and it says "unavailable" if it is from overseas and usually Telstra marketing rubbish from india.

I am very tempted to pretend it is an Indian restaurant or delivery!

Saw a doco in these customer service centres in India....they teach them our slang n speak ...so he shoulda understood what raw prawn n stuff it were...he musn't have been paying any bloody attention in class!!

I've had a couple of dodgy customer service people on the phone who seem to know zip about what I was talking about n I asked them where in the bloody world they were to be so dumb bloody....:duh

The ones I hate are those who make you wait... with silence whilst they find a operator to talk to you. I hang up on those without hesitation now.

I hate all the promotional spiels while I wait.....I hang up on those if they seem like they'll never end or I've been cut off and have to listen again...wish there was a way to by pass them... :cussing

Don't hang up on them....... ask them to "please wait a minute and I'll get the person in charge of the phone" then put the phone down next to the radio and walk away..... come back 15min later and if their still there tell them it wont be long or hang up if there gone.........lol

my old mans a classic he does that moose but the best one is when they ask for the manager he just asks them if they are buying or selling? stuffs them everytime its even better when they have no idea what hes talking about.
