should i paint my bay a flatish black and dump it on red rims and white walls got it all pland dose anyone have any bay pictures like this ????? and wats the best way 2 lower my bay really low ???? more the front ???as know nothing about kombis this is my first and dont want 2 spend heeps of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

i still dont think flatbalck and red rims is 'ratting'... to me its more rodder style.
ratting is leaving it the original style with repairs where required and then dumping and boost mechs.

true it is more rod than rat then .just in tasmania u dont c alot of things like that b good 2 do ?? ore might leve it shity old white and do the same ??? a bit stumped on this progect it was going 2 be a baja bus ??? but they have cracked down on offroading here

yeh check the rat/rod section plenty of bay rat/rods
Rat can also mean a ratty paint job done with spray cans and no prep work ,dirty motor etc.Just be different with your bay be creative search around for insperation etc just have fun.

Have a look at my bay on sunday mate, I just fitted an ajustable beam from CBB. A top piece of gear.😉

wen i say cheep i ment not spending heeps on it like i did my new beetle . the lowering is going 2 be the were i spend most of the $$$$$ i 4 got wat speed the old vw's hade LOL
