I think I saw one of these in VolksWorld, I could be wrong but I believe this was factory option for a certain purpose.
I will have to search through the old mags. Thats the beauty of old splts they had so many uses, many factory converted.

It was a factory option, they had a sort of coach built section where they produced things like radar vans, cherry pickers, etc.
