This sun should be drying the ground out there which is excellent...apparently there was a heap of water lying around after the rains last week and the committee werew a bit worried the VW's would get tyrerot

This will be it second year at Yarra Glen Race Track...at Altona the year before that...then Croydon....so not always at the same venue...the facilities are good out there at Yarra Glen n it's a nice spot for a Sunday run

Hey we'll have to all meet up out there to say hi....it's always hard to pick people when you're just wondering around sometimes

Well i am heading orf today around 3ish to catch the spirit of tassie, Libby is now fully loaded and slammed to the max, i will be arriving in the morning in melbourne and off to the cabin we heve for 4 days, will see you soon guys, looking forward to it ay!!

seriously i was going to bring some tassie beer! as you can see the notch is loaded to the hilt, i meen loaded, i arrived in melbourne this morning, all went well, only lost my chrome tail pipe while leaving a garage forcourt, the bugger scrapped on the ground and pulled it off, i stopped to retrieve it but the bloody car behind me ran over it, i recon the barsteward did it on porpose, he had a jealous look in his eye, hopfully 62deluxe will bring some beer for you's,

It's a great day here.....so nice down there in the Yarra Valley....n lots of nice cool forest areas if it gets too hot for you

For those coming to the DOVW...we do have two restrictions.....

DON'T bring dogs along......it has something to do with quarantine regulations relating to race courses.... So please leave furry friends at home for the day....

NO PORTABLE BBQ'S.......this is another rescriction there at Yarra Glen Race Course.....there is a provided BBQ area out there so you can cook up if you want ....just not on your own BBQ

I'm gunna try n wear as little as decently possible on the day....it gunna be hot out there....the venue does have lots of nice big trees and undercover areas so people can at least find shade...

Goodness last week we were worried the rain would continue and every one would be getting bogged in the mud n freezing.....Argh Melbourne!!!!
