she ran out infront of ryans car today on a busy road, so he stopped and put her in the car before she was hit, brought her home. Funny thing is we both were going to get a dog very soon and it was going to be a staffy lol
anyway i have put up flyers at the local shopping centers. Iv called the council and animal welfare league and gave a description, so lets see if the owner shows up, if not may have a new friend

Good on you guys. We do some volunteer animal welfare work and there's less and less people these days bothering to stop and assist pets that have either been dumped or escaped their yards.

About 5 years ago I was Delivering to a Shopping Centre in the Country, and while I was unloading there was a Hungry looking Aussie Terrier hanging around.
One of the Tools that worked there skimmed a pallet board along the ground and tried to trip Her over.
So I promptly told the Shit Head I was going to Punch Him to Death, so he ran inside the Store.
Two days Later my Dad was Delivering down there and seen the same Dog trying to cross the road, he thought she might get ran over then when he was leaving he seen Her again and she was in a Bad way, She was Filthy Dirty, Matted, under weight, Starving and Limping, he brought Her home and took Her to the Vet and she has been in luxury ever since.

well she seems happy and healthy enough atm, but i think she may be a bit older and i think she might be a bit deaf, either that or she just likes to ignore people lol, if we keep her she will definatly need some obedience training, taken her for a couple of walks along the main road and she tries to walk me lol
ah well she seems like a sweetheart so fingers are crossed

I dont have a photo on hand of "SHELLY" the Aussie Terrior but this is my Lab cross Staffy "Choco" and my Cat named "Alley Cat".
There helping me Service and Flush the Auto on my XR8, they love to work on Cars with me.

I dont think she has been microchipped cause she doesnt have any tattoo's in either ear and we were going to wait a few weeks then take her to the vet

My daughters staffy is veeerrrrryyyyy selective in her hearing. She hears the words food and her name "Tank" (when it is food time) only.everything else must be gobbledegook!!! Oh and she hates walking on a lead or harness. Its her way or no way.
Was talking to friend of friend on weekend who has 2 staffies and they are both exactly the same as Tank, so good luck, they are gorgeous dogs.

I wish i had a digi camera i could put heaps of photos of my dog giving my hand working on vws, fishing, watching tv and even riding around the back yard on my motor bike she so cool and we saved her from some drug addict that didnt care about her at all and would have sold her to anyone so he could get another hit but shes all safe and happy now

Yay! Staffy's are kool! they're the only dog my Dad will have as they are so loyal and family friendly. Our old dog Dozer used to follow me everywhere when I was born and sleep under my bed. However this one...Fritz...a good German name after my Great great uncle, prefers to sleep in my bed under all the blankets as a lump at the end of my bed so you don't notice until you get in. a very content dog. 1 of 2 little demons masquerading as "pets" in our house. i'll find a pic of his sister soon...

Well it happened, unfortunatly for me but i guess good for her, the owner was found tonight, her house had been broken into and the dog was let loose. the owner was putting up flyers when she saw my flyer and called me straight away.
well her name is karma (coincedence) and she is 11years old and was very much missed,
so i guess im happy that they are back together, and yes i think we will get a staffy when we decided its the right time to get a dog but we will probably try find a puppy as we need to bring it up with cats.
must admit i was rather sad when i got the ph call. 馃檨

Just think how happy they were to get her back after having her for 11 years! Would make up for the house being robbed. Your kindness will be rewarded i promise you and for the guys that set her loose they will get what they deserve . At least you know that Staffys are great dogs!

I used to have another border too, she was 19 and died earlier this year, i used to tell people i live with a 19 yo and she's a real bitch!, made people stop and think for a while lol
Anyway, Donna dog keeps elephants away from the house, so far she's doing a ripper of a job!! 馃槈
