Its a 57 oval but I`ve fitted late model running gear , bigger brakes etc just to help with going and stopping.
I painted the Rims one day!

As the for the paint on "Ruby" it's Glasurit 2 Pack VW Ruby Red, It's poished regularly with Auto Glym Super Resin, and this seems to have really protected the paint over the years!

Deedogs Oval is believed to be a Scandanavian Opel colour, as that is where it was painted before it was imported! Nick's oval is the original never welded, never repainted VW Black !!!!!!!
I have been luck enough to have a couple of pictures of my car in the back ground in some show report articles, probably the best was in Ultra VW in the London Volksfest article, that's the advantage of parking next to E & Sophs '64!!!!! you usually get a picture of your car in the backgound:P
