Without sounding like a di*k as I know this poll is tongue in cheek....but my 2c is support Dave to do whatever he needs to do with it. There are often extenuating circumstances that force a sale, force a project to be halted, force a new project to be canned before it even hits the drawing board etc etc.

As long as someone enjoys and appreciates it, thats the main thing.

turning it into a spa wouldnt take long with all that silicone dave put in the trim screws maybe one or 2 years. all that you will need to do is put some hinges on the top half then flip the lid when you wanna get wet.

i think you should put the sale on hold and if you still want to sell after a couple of months then the decision wont be as hard.
